Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines. International shipping will be available in future phases as we expand.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on location:

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or peak seasons.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Promotional free shipping offers may apply during special campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.

Each Aura Collective order is carefully packed using protective materials to ensure your jewelry, fragrance, and beauty items arrive safely and in pristine condition.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before checkout. Aura Collective is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional fees may apply for reshipping.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photo proof so we can assist you promptly.
